Greeting Vietnam Communist Party’s 10th Congress (Mã số: 945)

During 76 years of building, growing and developing, Vietnam Communist Party has gone through 9 Congresses to review and assess the results of policies and sound resolutions in every stage of Vietnam Revolution as the only leader given the historic mission. The Congress X held in 2006 plays an important role for Vietnamese Party, Army and People in the context of our World Trade Organization (WTO) accession and it will mark a chief advance in the route of international integration. Looking forward to the Congress X, more than 80 million hearts strongly believe in Vietnamese Party armed by Ho Chi Minh ideology, which has been leading Vietnam revolution achieving successive victories, especially in the comprehensive innovation. To live in the exciting atmosphere of the Party, a new year and greeting the Congress X, on 3/2/2006, Ministry of Posts and Telematics (MPT) issues the stampset “Greeting Vietnam Communist Party’s 10th Congress” with 01value of 800d. The meaning of the images on the stamp underlies that Congress X of the Vietnam Communist Party under the guideline of Ho Chi Minh’s thought is putting forward the sound resolutions to accelerate country development in the midst of international integration.
